This works. In a multiple package transaction, a chainer is used to dynamically include packages in the transaction. dotnetfx.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.I need help sooo bad! Yeah I have downloaded both the files from the links above and I'm not getting any messages stating that the files could be corrupt. As XPSP2 has Windows installer V3, perhaps .NET SP1 is doing something stupid like trying to install v2.
