Now we have to go to every single user's PC and fix this on the 4-10 print queues that are installed locally!

Seemed like a good idea in theory.... I have to reset the printer spool every time in order for it to print. PCL or PS driver.

You can't have jobs in the queue when you do this, it won't work. In the vast majority of cases, restarting or resetting the spooler does the trick. No issues since then. If you continue to receive error messages, try resetting the printer spool again.
I switched it to go directly into the printer, been fine ever since.
